Quotes are valid for 6 weeks from the date sent. Your custom order will not begin until payment has been received, as all pieces are made to order.

Please keep in mind that custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to create, so be sure to allow enough time for your own deadline.

Yes, absolutely! Once payment is made, we’ll confirm all design details and send you a digital mock-up for approval.

You’ll have up to 3 design revisions, so please be as descriptive as possible with your request. Once the design has been approved and cutting has begun, no further changes can be made.

Custom pieces are made with lots of love, so they do take a little time

Please allow 2–3 business weeks from payment for your order to be completed. Ordering early is always recommended, especially during busy periods.

If you’re after a specific colour, that’s no problem at all. We can order custom acrylics or paints to perfectly match your theme this will come at an extra cost. We have 40+ ready-to-go colours available. Plenty of options to choose from!

Yes! If you’re local to Black Hill, NSW, you’re welcome to collect your order from our little studio. Pickup details will be arranged once your order is ready

Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items. Please double-check all details during the design approval stage to ensure everything is just right.
