What is the current turnaround time?
Each order is individually crafted with attention and care. Our current standard turnaround time is up to 5 business days for regular orders (excluding custom cake toppers, business and wedding signage). Please check the homepage header for up-to-date processing times as they are subject to change. During peak periods like Christmas and Easter, processing times may vary. We strive to provide the quickest turnaround possible.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia Wide from our small studio located in Black Hill NSW
Can I hand collect?
Of course, If you are located in the Newcastle/Hunter area of NSW you can hand collect from our Black Hill studio.
Spelt a name wrong?
If you find, after placing your order, that you have misspelt a name, please contact us ASAP and we will endeavour to address this.
Please ensure upon purchase that all names are spelt correctly as once items are made we can not make any changes.
Returns or Exchange
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to change of mind, accidental order, incorrect name etc. We are unable to provide responsibility for any lost mail once it leaves our care, or if incorrect address was supplied.
Damaged Item
Crafted for Perfection: Guaranteeing Your Delivery Meets Your Expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, an incorrect order, or we have misspelled name, rest assured, we'll swiftly replace the item and cover the return costs.
