We offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $150.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped via Australia Post.
Australia Shipping
- $12.95 flat rate – Standard Post
- $16.00 – Express Post
New Zealand Shipping
- $18.00 flat rate – Standard Post
- $22.00 – Express Post
Some larger items, including birthday boards, name signs, and business or event signage, incur separate shipping rates due to their size.
Shipping costs for large items are calculated per item and will be shown at checkout.
Returns
We want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you and part of that is having a clear and transparent return policy. Please take note of our updated return policy regarding personalised items:
1. Return Eligibility: We regret to inform you that personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are specially customised according to your specifications and cannot be resold to other customers. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for personalised products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Personalised Items: In the rare event that you receive a personalised item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances. To facilitate the process, kindly provide us with detailed information and, if possible, attach supporting photos.
3. Non-Personalised Items: For non-personalised items, our standard return policy remains unchanged. You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our general return policy for instructions on initiating a return for non-personalised items.
